I had problems with a construction project with a public entity. I had originally hired a lawyer from a large firm. He was terrible. The lawyer from the other side kicked the crap out of him which unfortunately meant they kicked the crap out of me. After waiting way to long and losing way to much mon...ey, I found Joe. Just on his reputation alone the other side backed down and toed the line of our original arbitration agreement. I have no doubt that if I had hired Joe from the beginning we would never have had to even gone to arbitration. I would never hesitate to hire Joe again or recommend him to anyone.

If you want a lawyer with extensive knowledge and connections in the court he is your guy. I was arrested on a 8 year old warrant from MA while residing in PA. We contacted Joe to see if he could get the warrant lifted. Joe was successful in doing so only to find out I actually had 9 active warrants ...for serious charges so I had to wait to get extradited. I had 4 serious open cases (one in superior courr) that I defaulted on and 4 probation violations with a year on each hanging over my head. Joe was able to get ALL of my district probation completely dropped, and got me ROR on my remaining district casea EVEN THOUGHT I DEFAULTED A JURY TRIAL. The Day wanted a $20,000 bail on my superior case and he got me released on a $2,500 bail. HE DID THIS ALL IN 2 DAYS! I couldn't belI've it. If I had a public defender or any other paid lawyer I for sure would have been sitting in jail for at least a year. To top it all off he understood me and never judged me for what I did in my past and he truly saw I had changed and generally wanted to help. That is one trial I doubt you will find from any other lawyer.
