Ajay’s answer: I have no idea what you are talking about. If you ask the court for waiving a filing fee there is a form the clerk at the courthouse will help you fill out showing income and asset information.

My company has over 8,000 stores nationwide but they denied my transfer can I quit and qualify for unemployment?: I applied to 6 different stores to the area that I was moving to and was interviewed for them however my district manager denied my transfer my commute is now 2 hours long. The positions that I interviewed for were the exact position that I am currently working. May I quit and get approved for unemployment? I also complained to my district manager as I am never able to take a lunch or break without interruption. I also filed for workers compensation since I had a slip and fall but after that my boss doesn’t acknowledge or tell me what to do. He makes comments about me such as wanting to punch me in the face. I honestly don’t feel safe. What would you recommend?
