I believe my ex wife won't come to the i485 interview coming in 2weeks. Because we divorced 3 months earlier. should i go alone?: MY ex wife and i had a very good marriage then everything went wrong after 4 months of living together in 6 months of marriage , We divorced 10 months. 7 months later im married again to a good wife. I'm planning to file another i485 soon. Should i cancelled my old interview or just go alone to explain how i was abused and used?

Ilaria’s answer: You should withdraw your I-485 application and file again via your new spouse. Be prepared to face questions and to provide substantial evidence to prove the Bona Fide nature of your new marriage. I strongly advise you to retain an immigration attorney to represent you in this new filing.
Best wishes for a favorable resolution of your case.
