AM I NEED TO SUBMIT G28 WITH MY I765 APPLICATION (C-8 CATEGORY) AS A ASYLUM PENDING APPLICANT?: I APPLIED I765 APPLICATION A FEW MONTHS BACK IT'S DENIED BECAUSE OF MY EAD CLOCK WAS STOPPED ON 164 DAYS, AND MY MASTER HEARING GOT CANCEL BECAUSE OF LAST YEAR SHUTDOWN. NOW MY MASTER HEARING IS RESCHEDULED TO OCTOBER 2020 AND MY CLOCK IS RUNNING IT'S MORE THEN 370 DAYS. FIRST TIME I APPLIED I765 WITH HELP OF ATTORNEY AND WE SUBMITTED G28 FORM, THIS TIME I WANT TO DO MY OWN, IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY MY OWN WITHOUT G28 FORM?

Paul’s answer: More information is needed in order to advise you and case-specific advice cannot be given on this forum, I would recommend meeting with and having an Atty review your documents. If someone has been approved for a U or given deferred action, it may be possible to apply for a work card.

Can u apply for a fiancee Visa with your 10yr green card ?: If you're divorce and you have a 10yr green card, can you apply or file a fiancee Visa for your woman who's not living in the USA, And what form are you going to use if the answer is yes and how long do you think it'll take to process?

Paul’s answer: No you need to be a US citizen to file which you may be able to do depending on how long you have been a green card holder.
