It sounds like Liberty Mutual has denied your claim. They must provide you with factual and legal basis for any denials. You should write them and request a written response regarding the basis for the denial.
With regard to the Aeroflot baggage, the claim procedure is usually on the back of your ticket or on the airline's website.
