Can the father of the children use recorded conversations of the children in court? My father has a record but nothing major.

You should contact an attorney immediately if your ex attempts to try to modify your current order. If necessary, there are a lot of tools an attorney has available to review the recordings possibly prior to any court hearings even taking place. From what you said, there may be some issues with how (and why) the recording(s) took place and whether or not they would be admissible. I would not suggest defending anything on your own - hire an attorney if it comes down to that. If he hasn't filed, then I wouldn't worry to much today.

I concur with the previous responses. Based on the facts you just provided to everyone, you should hire a good defense attorney for your wife. I would not post anything else on ANY public forum (even private messages through Facebook or other social media) because those can and likely will be found. I would find an attorney ASAP in your area. You should also look for a good divorce attorney in your area as well.
