  • I payed a ticket for driving without insurance, but I did have insurance. Can I get it taken off my record?

    Aimee’s Answer

Depending on the city that gave you the ticket, an attorney can motion the Judge to set aside the Judgement for no insurance. If the Judge grants the motion, the attorney then can negotiate with the Prosecutor to have the ticket either dismissed or possible amended to a non-moving violation.

  • My license is suspended i have a court date with 4 tickets 3 have pay outs but will it help my driving record to payout or court

If they are pay-outs, they are already convictions and on your record. Kansas City does not allow you to obtain compliance letters until the fines are paid in full, so work on getting money together.
