You need to contact an attorney with experience in Texas Child Support law. I would call the Texas State Bar and ask if there are any pro bono (free attorney) professionals you can speak with on the matter.

Do not have contact with this person. Breach of a protective order, if not properly dropped as she has claimed, can lead to jail time for either or both of you.

The deed and the loan are two separate issues. Fortunately, there are several financing benefits for bing in the military. Contact VA Benefits in your area, or a local bank knowledgeable in VA lending.
