I agree with Mr. Stein. The questions are 1) does the city allow this type of business on Collins Avenue and 2) if so, what licenses/ permits are required.See question
I'm sorry. I want to help you with your question, but I'm having difficulty following your question. Also, can you provide some more information about any administrative suspension of your license?See question
I share my colleagues' opinion that a new attorney could contact the detective. Likewise, I agree that if your nephew is not satisfied with the current counsel, he should 1) have a candid conversation about his concerns and 2) seek new counsel if that conversation does not address the issue of credit for cooperation.See question
I agree with my colleagues. Also, I find it worth mentioning that, if you're asking this question, you probably have already worn the shirt and are facing action against disciplinary action (or the threat of such action). If that's the case, I recommend you to consult with a military defense attorney and/ or a local private attorney who practices military defense.See question
Obviously, I would have to see some documents, talk to the personnel office, and so forth, but I tend to think that your husband would not be able to remove you from DEERS without presenting the personnel clerk with a divorce decree. If you have reason to believe you have been removed from DEERS, TRICARE, and so forth, I recommend you take the Standing Orders to the personnel office and ask them to check your status.
Likewise, I agree with my colleagues. For the divorce matter, I'd recommend you hire an attorney to file any motions that speak to your husband circumventing a judge's order.
I concur with my colleagues. Trademarks have different level of strengths, and, depending on the trademark and your use, the other party may or may not be able to preclude your use. Their are a number of factors to analyze. I recommend you consult an attorney. I'd be happy to provide you a free consultation at 305-417.9378,See question
To piggyback on my colleagues' answers, if your friend has an OTH, then he likely was separate from the service for reason, other than or including, PFA failure. And, an effort to upgrade his characterization of service would not be able to hide that fact.See question
If your City or County's Code Enforcement Department (or some other title to that effect) has given you notice that they want to inspect your home, the notice was, presumably, in writing and would indicate the city/ code ordinance that you are believe to have violated. I recommend you read the ordinance (you may be able to find it via Municode.com) and try to understand what the department is alleging. Likewise, you can call them and ask for an explanation.
If you believe the allegation is unfounded, you may want to hire an attorney to help you with the allegation.
I'd need to learn more about your situation, but I may be able to help you. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation.See question
Can you provide a little more information?
Are you talking about a security system contract for a home or commercial property?
Also, what does the original contract say about automatic renewal and notification?See question
