There are additional questions I would have on this before being able to fully advise on whether or not you or your non-titled siblings have any rights to the property.
1. How did mom and oldest brother hold title to the property (joint tenants with right of survivorship or tenants in common)?
2. When did the Quitclaim Deed from oldest brother into second oldest get executed/recorded?
3. When did mom pass away (before or after the quitclaim deed, etc.)
Depending on the answers to these it may implicate adverse possession, partition, intestate succession and a few other issues. Please feel free to email me [email protected] and I am happy to give you an estimate on what would be needed and how much it would cost if anything can be done.
Kindest regards,
Jaryd P. Green, Esq.
Good afternoon, if you own your home rather than rent, you do have certain legal rights to evict. My firm would be happy to look at your case and advise you on next steps. Please send me an email at [email protected] and I will get you in touch with our evictions team for further analysis.
Kindest regards,
Jaryd P. Green, Esq.
