  • Do I need a lawyer?

    John’s Answer

I agree with Mr. Savage. Hire an attorney. Tomorrow is likely the bench trial. If you go into court tomorrow without an attorney you are likely to be convicted and will have a criminal record. If you hire an attorney today he or she will at least get the trial continued to prepare your defense.
