My ex and I have a custody agreement that states he gets the kids every other weekend; he usually does not take them. He desperately wants to get out of paying child support ($212/month), and has asked to sign his parental rights over, in order to...
You may want to pursue limiting his parental rights given his mental health. The $212/mo. looks like about the minimum the DRO would charge for a support order. Termination of Parental rights is difficult to accomplish and never to avoid child support unless there is a new parent willing to step in.See question
Our town had a big storm last summer and several homes had hail damage. Ours did not. One roofing/siding company keeps coming to our property anyway. At first they just left flyers once a week. However, for the last month they have been coming...
Post a sign no solicitation. also send the company a letter stating that they or their representatives are not welcome on your property. If after you do this they show up again you can have them citedSee question
I have lived with a married man for 20 years. He has not lived with his wife for longer than that. He pays the bills for her. He states I will get this house and she will get the other, but her name is on the deed here.
If her name is on the property you live at you had better get a copy of the deed to make certain that he can leave his share to you when he passes on. Any basically competent attorney should be able to read the deed and be able to answer this questionSee question
room cabin on an acre of land which has since been added on to be a rather nice home. My question is if my husband dies before me (he is 70) will I be homeless? We have been married 25 years - do I have any rights?
One would have to look at the property separation agreement to see if the ownership of the property is discussed. Then one would have to look at the deed to see how the property is deeded.
Depending upon how the property is deeded, Your husband may be able to leave the property or at least his share of it to you. Seek counsel to review the above to see exactly where you stand.
I have lost custody of my three children due to children and youth and other professional agencies making up lies about me,numerous lies and stories! This is not the first time and i have had to deal with children and youth constantly trying to ge...
First, Have your parental rights been terminated or does CYS just have custody of your children?
Second, it is very difficult to sue a Government agency unless you can show that your rights to due process were violated
Third, It is going to be very difficult to find out who made the reports since the reporting of Child abuse/ neglect is confidential and privileged.
So unless you can show that the agencies have" had it in for you and violated their procedures in removing your children from you, you will not be successful and be shelling out thousands of dollars to try to make your case. a very uphill battle.
If you want to get your children back I suggest that you cooperate with what CYS wants you to do

A marriage separation agreement may be written up to divide the assets and responsibilities of debts accumulated during the course of the marriage. But understand that Pennsylvania does not recognize the status of " Legally Separated"See question

M 001 means Misdemeanor, first count, usually with a DUI in this state they will try to get a DUI under several different counts for the same act. Also in Pennsylvania she need not necessarily be driving the car at the time she was stopped for the DUI, but rather be shown that she was " in control of the car" meaning that the fact that the car was running when the officer started to investigate your daughter may be enough along with the alcohol to convict your daughter of DUI.See question
I told my boss about personal information going on in my life and he told some of my co workers without any of my permission.
Based on your facts you would probably not be successful in a suit against your employer for giving out what you consider personal information. Your behavioral issues are not covered under the confidential records provisions governing a persons personnel file. short of showing actual damage from his loose lips it really looks like you do not have a case worth pursuingSee question

your chances of getting sole custody are very slim in even the "best of circumstances", and if you are going to try to do so I would find an attorney before I would even attempt it. Try contacting your county's bar association or the local legal services for help in finding competent counselSee question
