    Jeremy’s Answer

Each fall under different immediate relative categories and would process according to their preference category. Jeremy’s Answer

Generally in order to obtain approval of an L1A you must show managerial or executive capacity will continue in the US. This is difficult for a small operation. There are some exceptions including new office expansion. I would consult with an attorney for a more complete review of the options available.

    Jeremy’s Answer

H1B visas are employer specific. This means that you can only work for the employer that sponsored your H1B. However, you can change employers at anytime and can work for two employers. If you switch employers the new employer must file for a change of employer. Once the petition is received by USCIS you can begin working for the new employer. A second employer would need to file for a concurrent H1B. This would then allow you to work for two employers at the same time. Your employer should seek guidance from an attorney.
