  • Got an "uninspected motor vehicle" ticket for my commercial truck out in Westchester County. How many days do I have fight it?

Send the ticket back to the court with a not guilty plea and then the court will schedule a court date. At that court date bring your docs showing that the ticket is a mistake and then hopefully you can get the ticket dismissed.
