Thank you for your answer. It was a hot day and I was on a six story roof the entire day. I was drinking water all day and staying hydrated. The doctor at the er told me my potassium levels were low because my electrolytes were low. Wasn't it my employer's responsibility to contact their insurance company and submit a claim regardless? I was still on the clock and he made the decision to call an ambulance.

All day on a hot roof should give you a good chance. File a claim as the other lawyer suggested.
