ok well what about lunches? My complaint is that after researching I think that I am misclassified as an independent contractor but I act as an employee with no benefits As in control they provide me with all materials to work except for my PC , I use all of their software and tools we have guidelines and rules to follow and I live and work in NC but the company is out of Washington State

No, even if you are an employee you are not entitled to lunch breaks.
