Ok thank you...so basically it the arrival of the card that's important and counts not the letter saying it was approved...it was confusing to determine for me since he took off with his card and I failed to look at the expiration date. Thanks for the ICE hotline...I actually already contacted the u.s.c.i.s. :)
USCIS will be of no assistance ... ICE (Immigration and Customs ENFORCEMENT) are the correct people to contact.
oh ok...did not know that. In that case, let me please ask what the steps of the ICE would be once I contact. I do not know where my ex currently lives now; therefore, I can only provide them with the city he lives in.
Unfortunately, marriage fraud is a low priority for ICE and they may not do anything. Sorry.
