My brother unlike me, is uneducated in business. I just got involved recently where I found all these "closed-fact" issues. He has made business transactions based on interest and not knowledge. He has not done anything he was supposed to do "PRIOR" to purchasing a business. It is an existing salon, LLC. What can be done moving forward after the fact that he has not done due diligence. I have him current with his taxes, and I can help him hereafter, but what do I do about past transactions? Also, he is not solvent enough to have an attorney on retainer. Is there a more inexpensive solution? or are there any formalities I can do for him being the only professional he is now talking to?
Have him give me a call.
Can I be on conference call when he does?
Yes, I will be in my office Tuesday morning from 10 until 12, what time is best?
