Typically, my clients have been devastated physically, emotionally or financially (or some combination of the three). As a former college football player I enjoy watching and playing sports. I think my athletic background makes me a better lawyer and gives me an edge over my counterparts. Like off season workouts and practices - hard work outside the courtroom almost always results in a good result inside the courtroom. Outside of the practice of law I enjoy spending time with friends, my wife and my son.
Wrongful death lawyers handle cases where someone is killed, whether the person who caused the death meant to do it or not. If a loved one dies because of someone else's actions, a wrongful death lawyer can help you understand what happened, who is responsible, whether you deserve any compensation for losing your loved one, and whether anyone should be charged with a crime.
