Refund & Removal Policy

Currently, Avvo offers clients a full refund for the following reasons:

  • If an attorney claims a session, but they do not call the client

  • If the client is unsatisfied with the call for any reason

Avvo will only debit the attorney for refund requests after the attorney has completed their initial three Avvo Advisor sessions.

After an initial three sessions, Avvo may choose to remove an attorney from the Avvo Advisor program if any combination of the following events occurs three or more times over a 60 day period:

  • Failure to place a phone call within 15 minutes after claiming a session

  • Customer complaints

  • Requests for refunds

  • Reviews of 1 - 2 stars
