Matt Adam is an member with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman where he practices in the business and tax practice group. He also practices in the criminal defense area. Mr. Adam is a member of the Johnson County and Linn County, Iowa Bar Associations. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of Iowa's Henry B. Tippie College of Business where he teaches Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship.
