A friend appears to desperately need medical attention is there any way to make them get it? All his family and friends agree.

This 70 year old man, suddenly and inexplicably changed his personality completely. In every facet of his life including how he treats his previously beloved animals.
We all believe he has possibly had a series of small strokes or possibly something like a brain tumor.
He works with a local volunteer fire department (as a chaplain not a fire fighter) and we worry he is putting himself and others in danger.
Can we do anything? If so what would the recommended legal course of action be?
We (many of us) have already tried talking to him but he seems to think that our reason is because we disapporove of his new choices; we are more concerned about his heatlh.
Any direction you can give would be appreciated.

I had a whole lot of overtime on my last paycheck and they wont even pay me what was owed to me.Im an extremely hard worker. Where do I stand?

Arrested for criminal damage , need some advice

Hi,
I was recently along with my friend for criminal damage, both of us were intoxicated. I spray painted a house while my friend threw a pot at the door shattering some glass. The cops charged both of us for both the things. They later dropped charges and we will be going before a panel to get into the diversion program. Should I tell them it was my friend who broke the door and I just spray painted. I feel that it will hurt my friend and the panelists may think I am trying to blame my friend. Also once I finish it I plan to get a lawyer to expunge the arrest. I am in Illinois, can i file for expungement right after I finish the program ? Before expungement does the arrest record mention to anyone doing a background check that I was sent to a diversion program ?

cost of a new fridge taken from security deposit

There was an old fridge in the condo when we moved in and since we had our own new fridge we wanted to retain the same. We told property management to talk to the owner about this and they got back to us telling "as long as we leave our fridge when we vacate they dont bother what we do with the old one, since we didnt have any storage we donated the old fridge to charity.[i have the receipts].
At the time of vacating the apartment we found out the property management didnt tell the owner about this [ have an email] and now the owner has retained $900 from the security deposit to "replace" the old frige which was there. Shouldn't they be charging us reasonable replacement value of the old fridge instead of a brand new one?
This is day time robbery and i want to dispute the same. pls help.
