Should the atheist display at Washington State Capitol be taken down?

Bill O'Reilly is going on a crusade against Governor Gregoire for allowing an atheist display in the Washington State Capitol.

So is Gov. Gregoire legally obligated to allow atheists to put up a display at the Capitol? Does anyone have any legal right to demand the atheist display be taken down? What's the law with this sort of thing. Do you have to allow every group to put up a display?

I noticed Anne Bremner ( http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/98101-wa-anne-bremner-13738.html ) actually commented on the O'Reilly show... Ms. Bremner, if you're reading this, please feel free to elaborate on your position.

Thanks.

Legal Name Change

For over 30 years, I have used a nickname that combines my first
and middle name. Everything I own: autos, bank accounts, credit cards,
lease, loans, etc are all in this 'nickname'. I even changed my social
security card to reflect this nickname, using my maiden name as my
middle name for the purpose, and I file my taxes, federal and state,
in this nickname.

The only thing I haven't changed is my drivers license(Alabama),
and my birth certificate (New Mexico).

I really would like to change my drivers license to the name I have
made 'common usage' for 30 years, so that it matches all other
documents in my life. I sometimes get questioned when presenting
my license for ID purposes, especially when using a credit card or
check.

Fortunately, my last name is so unusual that I'm able to convince
the cashier that the two names are the same person.

But I would really like to change my license; can I easily do this?
I don't want to have to go to court and have all that expense, as
the only agency I would need to notify would be Alabama's DMV.

Any suggestions?

Duplicating another business

I thinking of starting a coupon business with another person (we would be business partners). We are looking at copying another business here in the Phoenix, AZ area. My partner wants to copy everything about that business except the name. Color scheme, contracts, promotional materials, etc. He wants everything to be the same (except for the business name). The business we are looking to copy is a sole proprietorship and has been running for about 20 years.
Can we copy everything about another business? I have serious doubts and do not want any legal problems. My partner wants to copy everything because the other business has been operating successfully for such a long time, that he must have the little details all figured out.

Online supplier.

I have found a person who is willing to do a drop shipping for me. I'm gonna list the stuff on ebay, take care of payments, customer relation etc, and the person is going to ship the goods _ I will email him addresses etc. We have already done some sales and everything went smooth. The items have been shipped and received - positive feedback left by buyers as well.

But..I just have this thought last night. What is the person is shipping for me stolen goods. How can I check it if the only contact we have is via internet.

Please help
