Starting a Business

I am starting a business in San Antonio Texas and have a few basic questions. I currently have my DBA, EIN and Sales Tax Permit. I am fairly young and am a first generation business owner in my family.
1) How can I add a 2nd DBA to the existing business?
2) If I add a 2nd DBA do I need a 2nd Sales Tax Permit?
3) Does a Sales Tax Permit cover internet sales to other counties, states and countries?

If a vindictive person publishes my Megan's Law Website info which includes my address on Craigs List and then is captured by Google...and goes on to include my 2 15 year old girls names, where they go to school, what hobbies they have and where they do them AND in addition, states that my wife is an accompliss in luring kids to our house AND we already have a Harassment Restraining Order against her...where do we begin in stopping this person? I fear for my families safety.

Wife with PTSD, husband making it worse.

My sister got married in September of this year with a legal alien.
My sister was in an accident crashing into a tree due to failed breaks. No one believed her and her husband who arrived there did not believe her either. She was not injured seriously, but she was shaken since she thought she was going to die when the breaks did not work. her husband not believing her even though she desperately explained on top of that hurt her a lot.
Even after the mechanic said that indeed the breaks failed, he kept telling her how it was a "good car" and "why did we have to lose that "good" car?" Also, he told her "you would have died if it wasn't for the strong front guard of the car."
He told her not to tell me or our mother about the accident too.
After that, she said she has been feeling, bad. She felt sad for no reason, and scared of driving. From consulting others, she found out that she might have PTSD. So, she was discussing about getting help with her husband. But he just told her that it would cost a lot of money, and that she does not have a problem, she was just imagining things.
After that, without the emotional support, but blame, and without counseling, she got worse to the point that she did not want to touch her husband anymore. After that, her husband actually encouraged her to get help and take medication to fix the problem.
She finally got the strength to tell me about the accident and her situation. I also, talked to her husband. I do not like judging people on another person's account alone so I talked to him to find out if it was true. He told me how he was wrong, and how he caused her PTSD, and how he was sorry. but often, changing his opinion or statements easily if I showed any surprise to his statements (I will write details if needed).
Then after saying he was sorry and talking to me on phone, according to my sister he shouted at her "Why do you not trust me anymore!? I am the only who believes in you! (my name) does not believe you! Brother does not believe you! your mother does not believe you! and your Father does not believe you!" My sister was indeed diagnosed with PTSD, and after I have started being there for her (only emotionally... geographically I cannot be there for her) she started getting better this week.
Her husband has been talking about marriage counseling since she said she does not want to touch him anymore, but I talked to both of them and said that without helping her with PTSD first, I do not think she can handle dealing with there relationship properly so it would not be effective, and that working on that later is better. When I told him that, he said he understood.
However, he kept pressuring my sister to get marriage counseling, and when she got better and the counselor said "she will probably not need medication", he told her that she does not have PTSD (even though she WAS professionally diagnosed), everything is her fault, that she never loved him, tricked him into a marriage, and that her condition or dipression is coming from "cultural differences." He talked with her counselor without her knowing and changed her counseling on Monday to a counseling with him there too.
With PTSD worsening b/c of all of her direct family being very far away, her husband blaming her for everything, and in my opinion, starting to show signs of emotional abuses, and her breaking down into tears asking for help to me, I think that divorce is the way to help her. Or at least some kind of separation. I am not comfortable with her being alone with him. However, I am worried about the legal complications. My sister of course, is not in the condition to talk with a lawyer. I am worried that her husband would cause her to suicide. I want to help my sister. I would really appreciate it if any one can give me an idea of legal issues and cost.

false claim for child support

I checked online (lake county, Florida) and saw that there was a petition filed as follows "Department of Revenue Administrative Support Order ", is this child support?
If so the petitioner that submitted the claim knows that I am not the father of the children (this was proven by DNA some years ago), what actions can I take to protect myself and is there any specific suit that can be filed against the petitioner for this false claim?
