Work fairness

I have worked for my employer for 1 yr and I am 5 months going on 6 months pregnant this is my situation I am a Stock Supervisor on my job and was told by my Store Manager on Oct 28th 2008, I need to submit a doctor’s note of my risks as the company is concerned how shipment is being handled I have no problem that is required and I gave the note on Oct 30 when I came in for my 7-4 shift and was told I need to leave I cannot work until my situation has been assessed, I left at 10:50.
On Nov 5th 2008 at 1:48pm I received a call from the Operations Manager that the doctor’s note was not sufficient that a specified list of my limitations of what I can or cannot do , I proceed to obtain the second doc’s note and submitted it on Monday Nov 12th 2008.By this time I have been suspended from 10/31/2008-11/23/2008 without pay.
Now on Nov19th at 10:46 am the Operations Manager called letting me know that HR called and I can return to work on Monday 24th Nov,2008 for at appox 5:05pm I had a meeting with the HR Manager, Store Manager and Operations Manager and was told that they have considered alternatives but there is a problem that I have understand from a business point of view that there are too many restrictions with my doc’s note that they think prevents me from doing my job effectively and also there isn’t anywhere to put me that I cannot be placed on the sales floor or be transferred to another store as I am full time employee and they simply don’t have the hours at this time as we in a financial recession so these are my options :
1. To resign from my position or,
2.To claim fmla leave which is unpaid for 3 months and after that I can try to claim disability from the state.
These are my options the HR Manager said and that he recommends I claim Fmla but I don’t have to make my decision today I can think about it and call him on Wednesday or Monday as to what my decision will be.
On Sunday Nov 30th at 2:10 my keys were retracted by one the Associate Managers on duty that day. I conclude that Sunday was my last day and was only put on the schedule for only one week from 11/24/2008-11/30/2008.
On Nov 24th 2008 met with Hr Manager and Store Manager he handed me FMLA Leave papers that had already been filled out and said my FMLA Leave starts today Nov 24th and ends Feb 13th 2009 and my due date is March 13th 2009 he said he will extend my leave for 4 more weeks and also handed me a state disability form to be filled out by my doctor he ask myself as well as Store Manager if I have any questions we both replied no he also mentioned to not send the state disability forms in to the state I must submit it in to him and he will send the form in if they are approved by the state.
If I did not request leave am I required to take it anyway because my employers feels I can no longer perform my job due to my pregnancy.
Do my employer have a right to put me on leave before my due date even though i can perform all my job duties .

I work for a medical record copy service. By accident I sent records to the wrong person (Mr. X). Mr. X went through the phone book and called all of the people with Mrs. Y's last name. They called the dr's office and the dr's office called my office. I have been suspended indefinitely. I would rather they juust fire me so that I can file for unemployment while I look for another job? My boss will not tell me what's going on, he just says looking into it.

employee's rights of a non hostil work enviorment

what legal rights do I have if an individual is harrassing me at my place of employment and my employers are refusing to do anything about it and support my deceison to ban her from the premises due to her causing a sceen and disrupting my workplace enviornment. My district manager was made aware of the situation and was in agreement with me until she threatened to file a discrimination suit for not allowing her to shop at the store. Now my district manager has changed his mind and is allowing her to enter the store under the condition that she promises not to cause any trouble and harrass me any further. I feel that this leaves me no choice but to terminate my employment with the company for not ensuring that I am not forced to work in a hostil environment. However, if I do terminate my employment I will loose the sixty hours of vacation I have earned, the quarterly sales bonus, and my end of year bonus I have also earned. I would like to know if I have the legal right to sue my employer for compensation for the vacation, bonus, and unemployment .

employee/employer contract

I take my 2yr old to a state licensed daycare. I applied for help from DHS they approved 80% . DHS took over a month to approve me, I paid my daycare in full every two weeks. My daycare will be receiving a very large check from DHS for the 80% portion. I have tried to reason with my daycare and she is trying to double bill me. She even wrote out a paper showing me that she is charging me for the past 5 weeks and subtracting it from the check DHS is sending her, keep in mind I paid her in full. She has a two week notice clause in her contract,do I still have to give her a two week notice if I believe she has broken trust between us?

Corporate Policy Issues??

Hi, I live in Washington State and work for a retail store. Our Company Policy states "No employee with direct or indirect influence can date another employee." Yet my gf was just told she can't work at the store since I do, but the Store Manager allows his best friend who is the Assistant Store Coach to date the Jewelry Lead. After confronting him about the situation I walk into work the next day and the Store Manager tells me he has 3 statements of people witnessing me using drugs. I say thats impossible cause I don't do drugs so I go take the drug test and pass.

Coincidence I get 3 complaints about me the day and drug tested after I confront the store manager on policies he's being hypocritical on and playing favorites against policy? Also, is it legal for him to even give me one upon "statements" about my outside work life. Doesn't he need reasonable suspicion such as my work ethic or can I go accuse anyone I want of doing drugs now and they have to drug test immediately too? Is this grounds for a lawsuit because I have alot of people telling me it is.

I feel violated and can feel the tension of co-workers looking at me differently as if I'm a drug user like I was accused of!!
