Having just completed my 60-month plan, I feel confident in saying that Mr. Snodgrass can handle most anything you can throw at him. I had a rather complicated situation, with several plan adjustments and related difficulties over the last 5 years, and Marty was able to handle them all with confiden...ce. He's good at getting back to you when you have questions, and he's a no-nonsense kind of professional. I can and do recommend him for Chapter 13 cases.

I'm involved in lots of different businesses and as such have worked with a lot of attorneys in a variety of disciplines. The case involved collecting from a BK'd individual who had a partnership/ownership in a couple of properties. There was little case law on which to rely.
