Civil and Criminal Appeals: In addition to practicing before the Indiana Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, I am admitted to practice in the Ninth and Seventh Federal Circuits.

Union contract negotiations, pre-employment training programs, wage and hour compliance, ERISA matters, arbitration, labor standards enforcement claims, wrongful termination lawsuits and injunctive relief for strike violence.

Advisor to and sometime appellate counsel to county and township governing bodies.
