A television actress best known for her role on the popular series Everyone Loves Raymond was reportedly named in a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by an ex-employee.

Patricia Heaton, who played Debra Baron on the CBS show, is being sued by a former production assistant who claims that the actress wrongful terminated her over unpaid wages.

According to the suit, Jennifer Lee said she worked for Heaton, as well as the actress's producer husband David Cook, from August 2007 to March 2009. At the time of her termination, Lee attests that the couple owned her unpaid wages as well as overtime.

Though the actual amount will be determined upon proof in court, the lawsuit states that Lee is owed at least $7,425.48 in unpaid wages.
Lee also claims that when she inquired about the alleged unpaid wages, she was fired by Heaton.

The actress was recently on a celebrity version of the game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire? to raise money for charity. She was given one question concerning money conversion and reacted with a quick outburst of, "I'm so bad a math!"ADNFCR-1918-ID-19323437-ADNFCR
