Erika Scoliere, aged 20, was recently charged with driving under the influence - an act that ultimately resulted in the death of the motorcyclist with whom she collided.

Now, thanks to Facebook, Scoliere has been ordered to wear the Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monito (SCRAM) ankle bracelet by the Kane County judge, Thomas Mueller, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The SCRAM bracelet monitors alcohol in the body through the wearer's perspiration and if it is present, the authorities receive a signal

The police reportedly found photographs on the social networking site of the young woman drinking and partying after she had been ordered not to drink alcohol or be around those who chose to imbibe.

The news provider reports that the photographs were more than slightly incriminating, for Muller commented "it appears the defendant is having a grand old time drinking tequila," after perusing the photographs.

Apparently, Scoliere is far from a victim, for she also did not call and report to the country court while studying at college, as was part of the agreement.ADNFCR-1918-ID-19206409-ADNFCR
