Bruce Willis Sued For Breach of Contract

Actor Bruce Willis is being sued for $4 million by a group of plaintiffs who allege that the Die Hard star walked off the set of a film.

The group is suing Willis and his production company, Willis Brother Films, for breach of contract claiming that the star quit the film Three Stories About Joan, a movie Willis was slated to star in and direct.

The complain from Foresight Unlimited, Signature Entertainment Group and Three Stories Productions claims that on September 29, 2008, Willis "abruptly and without notice terminated his services as director for personal reasons and walked off the set."

Willis' attorney Marty Singer told TMZ.com that the suit is "absurd" and said production of the film stopped because producers ran out of money and said Willis will sue the film's producers for money he was owed.

Last year Variety reported that Willis would be making his directorial debut with the indie flick which was also scheduled to star Camilla Belle.
