A Wisconsin man who was reportedly the target of a love revenge plot has now been charged with child abuse.

Donessa Davis, 36, was charged in a Wisconsin court last week with physical abuse of a child, domestic abuse involving harassment with a death threat and theft.

The allegations reportedly stem from the suspect's wife, Tracy Hood-Davis, who filed a restraining order against her husband and that he allegedly beat the couple's 8-year-old daughter.

Fond du Lac County Assistant District Attorney Devra Ayala told WLUK-TV that there was proof regarding the incident in question.

"There are some photographs that were taken of the juvenile regarding the child abuse complaint, also there was a witness to it," Ayala said. "The other sister of the juvenile child."

Tracy Hood-Davis was previously charged in Calumet County, Wisconsin for her role in an alleged attack against Donessa Davis in a revenge plot that also involved three other women. According to police reports, Donessa was lured to a hotel room by one of the women, blindfolded and then had "sensitive body parts" Krazy Glued to himself, ABC News reports.ADNFCR-1918-ID-19307219-ADNFCR
