Body feels hot to the touch, but sometimes I feel cold. sneezing, coughing, congested/ runny nose, sore throat. Is it a cold?

Cough Sore Throat

Woke up yesterday morning and throat felt hot, then got sore. Through the day it was congested/runny nose. Then the sneezing started. Face sometimes feel hot, which makes eyes feel hot. Blows my nose constantly and it makes nostril hurt.

In other words, antibiotics won't help you get over it any faster than fluids, rest & acetaminophen. If you think you're getting worse rather than getting better in a few days, go see your family physician for testing, diagnosis, and treatment. In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. Unfortunately, in 2012, we still don't have a cure for the cold (assuming that's what you have). But I can't overemphasize, if you think you're getting worse rather than better, go seek medical attention immediately. Good luck!
