regineandrealaw’s Comment: That much process eh? Well, I'm lucky I never neglect traffic rules nor do I even go out and get myself a DUI. I really wish that people who aren't that responsible enough for other people on the road not be given any license to drive at all.
Sara’s Comment: this advise was bull crap, nothing of the sort happened. I was treated like a murderer!! I recently moved and was unfamiliar territory and just bumped the GMC in front of me, no one hurt, except my pride, I don't drink, so no DUI ever. I'm responsible and have full insurance. this mayors court is just another way to take your money.
