crtwescott’s Comment: I did the reinstatement process. I had to pay 4 months mortgage plus all late charges and inspection fees and attorney costs for the motgage company. I went through Hell for most of this month! i had a family member that helped us out other wise wo would not of been able to pay all the attorny fees for wf.im still waiting on my statement for july and a reinstatement letter they said they sent it out on the 16th of june i just want to get this behind me!
