nissydenise’s Comment: I have a question...IT is my nephew had 2 children well him and his wife, they have lost custody to both the kids..
my sister has the 2 year old, my son and wife the 1 year old....him and his wife refuse to let my sister take him anywhere, baby sit etc...they even refuse to let him or her family reconize that his sister is his sibling....my sister has had it, she more or less suggested them as foster parents, she could not take another child..
well the bio parents lost all rights, and now my son and his wife and her family oh my, treat her bad. not one time has a picture been made of the two siblings nor is she ever allowed to keep the baby nor visit much.
she is going to cps tomorrow, she dealth with them with her first grand daughter so she knows the system.
my worry is since the bio parents lost all rights to this child, did my sister? Its a bad, bad situation, and honestly I do not understand my son and his wife and her family can treat a person so badly, a person who could have kept this child, but decided they were better for him to grow up at their home..
please tell me her rights...

O.Reddick’s Comment: In the case of joint custody, who is the custodial parent when legal forms only have space for one name?
