mu7ti’s Comment: Bank of America is not following this mediation program. I am 7 months behind I offered to pay 4 months current I also have tried for a loan modification it's been three weeks and my file is still being set aside. i was told it wont be looked at until March 28. My home goes into 4closure status on March 26. They are purposely letting my home go into foreclosure. as i was told by a bank rep they make more moeny on foreclures then died of lieus or actual sales. I have heard from no mediator and B of has not mentioned it.
