I have some question about changing the address. Last Sep 15th 2012 we move in to a different county & city in Maryland. Few days after we moved in i changed my address online using the AR-11 application.
Then immediately after finishing the AR-11 it asked me if i have pending petition, I actually dont because it was already approved. My I-140 was approved May 2, 2011. But when i checked the USCIS website.. step 2 on changing the address is to fill out the form if you have pending "or" recently approved petiton..
My question is, should i still change my address on my I-140 petition even it was morethan a year already when it was approved?
Considering that i have to file this one too, it's already 1 month and 12 days passed when we moved in to our new house.
Am i violating some law? Honestly that what i understand on their application if i have pending applications.. technically none.. because it was approved already right?
