Contrary to what you may think, if you have an S-Corporation, you are putting your business at great risk. Even LLC's can be exposing you to unintended liability. Selecting the most apprpriate business entity coupled with a well insulated asset protection plan WILL maximize the protection you, your family and your business can enjoy.
