Invoke your right to remain silent, but always be polite and respectful.

You should deny consent to detention or search of your person, home, vehicle and any belongings or any other item or place.

Field Sobriety Tests
Do not perform field sobriety tests. They are always voluntary.

Do Take a Breath or Blood Test
You should take a breath (BAC DataMaster) or blood test if requested, unless, if after speaking with an attorney, you are advised not to.
