If your are guilty of the charge, what are your options?
In Florida you can take driving school and avoid the points. You can do this once a year and up to 5 times in a lifetime to avoid the points. However, if you have used up all of your lifetime chances, you can go to court and ask the judge to send you to driving school to avoid the points. There is no limitation on the amount of times you can do this. But keep in mind the judge will have a copy of your driving reconrd in front of her, so be sure to use good judgment when making this decision.
