Field Sobriety Exercises/Breath Test
** Do not perform the field sobriety exercises if you feel that you may be impaired as the results of the exercises could be used against you. **Divulge any and all medical conditions to police **Limit walking aroud or leaning against a vehicle because police may say that you were unsteady on your feet. **Do not submit to the breath test as these tests have been known to be unreliable and do not truly measure impairment.
