Get InformedO.K. so I'm giving you two steps and my title suggested only one. What can I say? I want to give you as much value as possible. Once you obtain insurance you need to educate yourself on the basics of internet defamation law. There are a number of resources out that are helpful including the MBA, Citizen Media Law Project, and even my own blog. 3
Use JudgmentThis is common sense. Use judgment when you post blogs on the internet. Make sure to verify your facts and sources before you write anything.
