Should I be interviewed by the police?

Posted by attorney Michael McGinley

This is a video of one of my favorite professors (and former defense attorney), Jim Duane. In it he explains the many pitfalls of a suspect being interviewed by law enforcement. The video is a lecture to an ordinary class of law students. Be ready, he's a bit of a fast-talker - but quite entertaining.
