Sam McGee discusses the complexity of Civil Litigation cases

Posted by attorney Marcus Mcgee

Hi, I'm Sam McGee of Jackson & McGee of Charlotte, North Carolina and I want to talk to you a little bit about the kind of cases that our law firm does. We are generally thought of as a firm that does complex civil litigation cases and that can mean medical malpractice cases, nursing home abuse and neglect cases, class actions, derivative suits and often, particularly here in Charlotte, cases against banks. But what I want to talk to you about is the fact that personal injury cases, serious personal injury cases, are also complex civil litigation. For example, if you have a case where multiple parties have been injured or where there are serious injuries or complicated medical issues, or cases involving 18-wheelers, which have complicated set of regulations they have to follow, these are also complex civil cases. So although we're very proud to be a law firm that handles complicated cases and that gets virtually all of our cases from other law firms, we don't want you to forget about us when it also comes to personal injury cases. So if you would, if you have a problem with that nature, give us a call at Jackson & McGee and we can put our expertise in handling complex civil cases to your personal injury case that might be more complex than you think.
