If your pharmacist gave you the wrong medication you may have a claim against the pharmacy. If the pharmacy gave you the wrong prescription in Mesa or Phoenix Arizona and no injury occurred, you would not have a negligence claim.

If, however, the Arizona pharmacy gave you the wrong prescription and the wrong prescription caused injury (damages), you would have a claim to pursue. A Phoenix Arizona pharmacy negligence attorney could assist you in making a successful legal claim against the pharmacy.
