The International Labour Organization is the UN specialized agency which seeks the promotion of social justice and internationally recognized human and labour rights. It was founded in 1919 and is the only surviving major creation of the Treaty of Versailles which brought the League of Nations into being anstatistics and occupational safety and health.

Key principles of international law on indigenous peoples’ rights
Key principles of international law in indigenous peoples' rights are founded in these areas: (1) Traditional economies. (2) Mineral or other resources. (3) Natural Resources. (4) Land Rights. (5) Cross-border Contacts. (6) Customary Law. (7) Self-determination. (8) Fundamental Rights. These principles are applied globally, at the United Nations, the International Labour Conference, as examples.
