Call or have lawyer call DMV ask for hearing and stay of execution of suspension on license
In other words contact DMV (better to get lawyer to do it ) within 10 calendar days and ask for a hearing, a temp license and the investigation report and the BA results lawyers call "discovery" ALWAYS ask for an in person hearing...BEWARE of attorneys who suggest they do them RIGHT on the phone (what a Joke)

you do not fill your own teeth. Do not do your own DMV or court case or you will have a fool for a client. Go to CDLA or my web site: www.duiking.com and find a lawyer near the county where you are arrested. Fight DMV tooth and nail. even if a loser you get to question cop without DA or Judge to stop you. If nothing else get a deposition so to speak for court which will be later ordinarily
