There is much legislation these days prioritizing domestic violence above all other personal misconduct. Case outcomes can be altered by mere references to domestic violence. These are popular allegations being made against the target partner in court cases around the country. No proof is necessary for any of these. Genders can be exchanged as these allegations flow both ways.

Domination Allegations
"controlling over me"
"his behavior began to escalate"
"one occasion of physical abuse and one occasion of sexual abuse"
"he slapped me, pulled my hair, forced my head into his crotch"
"forced me to perform oral sex"
"threw a drink in my face"
"threw me on the ground and stepped on my chest and neck"
"he is in cahoots with the local police precinct where he could influence police decisions about arrests"
"threw me against the wall and punched me with a closed fist"

Non-Support Allegations
"the father does not support the child at all"
not for "medical costs and clothes"
not for "doctor visits and co-payments"
not "diapers and toiletries
not car seat and cribs
mother "had the audacity to ... ask him when his unemployment was going to end"

-the child suffers from PTSD because of the abuse
-had to repeatedly voluntarily admit the child to a psychiatric ward for treatment of PTSD

-saw him smoke pot
-called the mother a "slut."
-Mother said that father said "... it only takes a couple hundred bucks to kill someone."
-"You'll see what happens to you."
-"I felt very threatened by his tone and his demeanor."
-"I wish I would have hit you."
-"he came home with alcohol on his breath"
-father said to the child, "shut up or I'm going to beat you."

Jealousy Allegations
-getting upset whenever mother came home by a ride
-after the superintendent fixed something in the apartment unit, the father was "set off" in gails of accusations "How dare you talk to him" and misconduct
-The mother asserted that the father left only one mark on the mother
-"I'll shoot him. Watch. ... I've been locked up before."

Case Specific Allegations
-father was abusing the girl by making her walk
