We submitted our comment just in time and have posted a copy of our submission. See attachment. We hope that you have also posted comments about the language of the new rules of NTSB appeals procedure that were published in response to the Pilots Bill of Rights.

Mohammad Faruqui is an attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL, servicing aviation clients throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Faruqui is a member of the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee, the International Air Transportation Safety Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
