If you are stopped by a police officer who then suspects that you are DUI-DWI, you will not be permitted to call an attorney or ask questions about your legal rights. The officer will exert control over the situation, and start asking you questions and trying to get you to perform some agaility exercises. Mr. Head advises that you take advantage of your 5th Amendment Rights, and clam up! You have the right to remain silent and NOT perform any roadside agility evaluations, in all states.
